An appointment with us will open your eyes to an amazing eye care experience! Our teams are committed to giving you their undivided attention, and we promise not to interrupt while you’re with your Optometrist. Our consulting rooms are spacious and comfortable, with natural light.

We provide the best value complete eye examination for you, including visual fields testing, intraocular pressure and 2D or 3D retinal imaging. Using the latest technology gives you the most accurate examination possible. If you’re not happy with your eye examination for any reason, we’ll give you your money back!

We want to make sure that you get glasses or contact lenses that you’ll love, and we’ll give you as much help as you need to choose from our wide range of lenses and frames.

We’ll guarantee you the best value with your glasses – if you see an identical item cheaper on the high street we’ll refund the difference. Contact us immediately if you have an eye care emergency, your Optometrist will always advise and help.

After Care

Our commitment to you does not end with the purchase of your glasses or contact lenses. We’ll give you free lifetime aftercare on your glasses, including servicing, cleaning and adjustments. Call in any time and a member of the team will help you.

Minor repairs are free, as are stock parts such as nose pads and end tips. We give you a one year warranty against manufacturing faults in frames and lenses.

If for any reason you don’t like your new glasses, then come back within thirty days and we’ll change them. This no quibble ‘happiness policy’ gives you peace of mind about your choice.
