NHS Eye Tests For Under 16s

Eye exams are covered by the NHS if you’re under 16, or under 19 and in full time education. If you're under 16 a responsible adult will need to come with you to sign your NHS forms. We have appointments out of school hours in the late afternoon or on Saturdays.

We have lots of frames that are covered by your NHS voucher – we issue this when you’ve had a test. Your voucher can also be used towards contact lenses.

Repairs to your NHS specs are covered too, so bring them in any time and we’ll sort them out for you. You can also come in for adjustments or re-fitting of your glasses, just call us first to get a time slot.
