EYE HEALTH
Swift detection of signs of disease is vital; look at our information on retinal imaging. Screening will give you peace of mind as we can spot the earliest changes, ensuring fast treatment. We can offer you 2D retinal imaging or 3D retinal scanning. You can have imaging at any time, and your Optometrist will analyse your results.
EYE EXAMINATION
.
The eye examination may differ slightly from one Optometrist to the next, and each of our Optometrists has their own routine for examining you.
They'll inquire about your general health, eye problems in your family, and lifestyle, provide an update regarding the health of your eyes and whether a spectacle prescription is required.
A private eye examination, which includes a 3D OCT scan, costs £90 and can take up to 45 minutes. NHS eye examinations can take up to 45 minutes and the basic element is covered by the NHS. If you wanted to have a 3D OCT scan then the charge for this is £35.
