If you suffer from Macular Degeneration, or have early signs of the disease, then this recipe will provide vital nutrients to help to protect your retinas.

  • Medium sized bag of Spinach
  • Bag of Kale
  • 4 Large Carrots (Chopped)
  • 4 Apples (Cored & Quartered)
  • Bunch of fresh Parsley
  • 1 - 1.5 inch piece of root Ginger (Peeled & Chopped)
  • Put all the ingredients through a juicer and store in a two pint container in the fridge. Drink over four days before making a fresh batch!
