- Medium sized bag of Spinach
- Bag of Kale
- 4 Large Carrots (Chopped)
- 4 Apples (Cored & Quartered)
- Bunch of fresh Parsley
- 1 - 1.5 inch piece of root Ginger (Peeled & Chopped)
- Put all the ingredients through a juicer and store in a two pint container in the fridge. Drink over four days before making a fresh batch!
