Our consulting rooms are spacious and comfortable, with natural light.
We provide the best value complete eye examination for you, including visual fields testing, intraocular pressure and digital retinal imaging. Using the latest technology gives you the most accurate examination possible. If you’re not happy with your eye examination for any reason, we’ll give you your money back!

Our happy, friendly, caring team will always go the extra mile for you, and will happily hold your baby, get you a hot drink, look after your shopping or assist with your wheelchair! We see a broad range of ages and if you need help with anything, just tell the team. We listen to our patients and ask for their opinions, patient feedback forms continuously give us ideas on improving our service and your experience. We want to make sure that you get glasses or contact lenses that you’ll love, and we’ll give you as much help as you need to choose them. We’ll give you the best value with your glasses – if you see an identical item cheaper on the High Street we’ll refund the difference. Contact us at once if you have an eye care emergency, you optician will always advise and help.
After Care
Our commitment to you does not end with the purchase of your glasses or contact lenses. We’ll give you free lifetime aftercare on your glasses, including servicing, cleaning and adjustments. Call in any time and a member of the team will help you. Minor repairs are free, as are nose pad replacements and end tips. We give you a one year warranty against manufacturing faults in frames and lenses.
If for any reason you don’t like your new glasses, then come back within thirty days and we’ll change them. This no quibble ‘happiness policy’ gives you peace of mind about your choice.
