CHAPERONE POLICY

At Davis Opticians we are committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment. We want both patients and the team to be confident that best practice is being followed. The safety of everyone is of paramount importance.

All of our patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation or examination if they need one. This can be a family member, friend, or a member of our team.

Please talk to us about this when you book an appointment, so that we can arrange your chaperone and your appointment can run to schedule. If you don’t talk to us in advance, we’ll arrange a suitable chaperone as soon as possible.
