Our Fashion Show was a sell out success, a fun night enjoyed by audience, models, and organisers!

We filled the Lakeside suite at the Kettering Conference Centre on June 2nd, modelling eye wear and sunglasses from Davis Opticians, jewellery from Titu, Country wear and Joules clothing from Gilders, Lingerie, Nightwear and Swimwear from Alicia of Finedon, Bridal and Prom wear from Proposals, and men's clothing from Warwicks.

Crazy hats Breast Cancer Appeal helped to organise the raffle, with prizes generously donated by Nikon, Rockingham Speedway, MAD photography, Titu, Kettering Park Hotel and Crazy Hats themselves. The final total raised is not in yet, but we hope to have a generous cheque to hand over to Crazy Hats.

Davis Opticians team Julie, Sue & Lynn organised the event, with help and support from Davis staff and the exhibitors. Models and helpers all gave their free time to be there on the night, running the show and appearing on the catwalk. It was so much fun they'll soon start work on the next show, in Rothwell during October.

Partner Nick Carson said: "The girls all worked really hard and it was great to see what they achieved on the night. Now we're looking forward to the next one!"
