Over a hundred Reception class children gave a warm welcome to us when we went to share their assembly with them.

The children of Millbrook Infants school listened with rapt attention as we talked to them about visiting the Opticians, looking after your eyes, and choosing new glasses. They were beautifully behaved and very enthusiastic about joining in with our talk! They also modelled some glasses with the help of our receptionist Nikki.

Practice Manager Lynn Carson, who gave the talk said, " the children were lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them! We want everyone to go and have their eyes tested, it's free under the NHS at any Opticians. Having the opporunity to spread the word about good eye care is really important to us, and good fun!"
